Our 5 Cents- Attack of the Killer Appetizers

Here is a crazy thought; what if restaurants started to overwhelm their guests with great service and quality food instead of trying to out portion the competition.  I don't feel like they have to reinvent the wheel, but by focusing on quality and creativity the large chain casual dine restaurants can make small impactive changes and not fall back on to mediocre appetizers and entrees.
